Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026. This policy explains what Dallas Nagaram (dallasnagaram.com) collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. The contact and advertise forms ask for your name, email, an optional business name and your message. The newsletter form asks for your email address. If you are invited to share a reel or photo through our submission form, we receive the files and details you send (such as your name, email, caption and credit line). We also keep basic technical logs (such as the time of a request and your browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to send the newsletter you signed up for, to review and publish submissions you sent us (with the credit you asked for), and to run and protect the site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Instagram connection
Dallas Nagaram connects to Instagram through Meta's official API only to show our own account @dallas_nagaram: our posts and reels, and counts such as followers, likes, comments and views. We do not read, collect or store information about the people who follow, like or comment on our posts. The access token for our own account is stored encrypted on our server and is never shared.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us (website hosting, our database and email delivery), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and sign-ups only as long as we need them for the purpose above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time: see Data deletion.
